My Meditation

     Amma led a beach meditation, and I happilly attended, since I'd found an interest in meditating while I was at the Ashram. I had the most amazing experience! I was litterally over-flowing with love - or some kind of thing like that. First it tingled in my finger-tips, then in my hands, then up my arms, and it spread from there! I had brought a necklace to hold, and it all flowed into it. The power flowed out of my other hand, and I didn't want to waste it, so I put my finger tips to my chest. I could really feel the power rushing into my other arm arm and despositing itself into the necklace.
    Afterward I felt exhausted. I decided to send the necklace to a friend back home who was having some problems.

That was very nice of you to send your necklace to your friend, you are so thoughtful, and I am sure your friend was happy to receive it. What a great experience you had at the meditation on the beach Allegra, it sounds like you had a very real spiritual moment. Keep up with your blog, it's wonderful. xoxo

Meditation is fascinating to me as well and is very difficult to achieve. The fact that you felt chi (love) flow through your body is amazing. Wow! Sending that love and positive energy to your friend was such a thoughtful and beautiful gift! I'm sure your friend felt your positive energy and love through your necklace. Your writing and experiences are bringing tears to my eyes. This post spoke to me, it show the depth of your spirit and the truth in your experiences. It is so wonderful to get to read and witness from a distance your experiences. We are on spring break at the moment but I am so keen to share your experiences with the class when we return.
